Central University Libraries

Off Line Edition
The local library has a variety of resources from books to audio books to periodicals to movies to internet access, paid for by your tax dollars.

And, ... Most people ignore it.

Cookbooks
Needless to say, your library will have a variety of cookbooks that you and your family can borrow, so you can find interesting recipes for your family to use.

Of Course
I cheated and found the how-to on the internet.

But, ... You can do the same thing at your local library by using their computer 'card catalog' to search for a book, on their shelves.

Thus, ... Saving yourself $35 ; - )

Ooooh, ...
You need to be buying the needed tools, like a Dutch Oven, before the event. Plus, you and your family need to practice using these 'new' tools ; - )

Lastly
Le Creuset cast iron cookware is very expensive, so I bought my enameled cast iron or 'regular' cast iron cookware, on sale, at the local China-Marts, Farm and Home stores, and ... Lehman's.
