Trees
As you know, Katniss and I moved to the family farm, and it's a mess.

So, ...

One of the things we're going to do is get rid of all the 'trash' trees and replant with 'productive' trees, in the proper places.

It seems, besides the fields being overgrown with cedar and other trees, most of the farm is bad for trees. The soils drains too quickly, so the trees do good for a few decades then ... die.

Or, ...

Fall over because the soil, up on the hill (really a ridge) is too thin to properly support trees.

Now, berry bushes will do great, along with vegetables, and chickens and goats, too

All we have to do is ... Remove all the 'trash' trees ; - )
