All the Rage
Every couple of years, some manufacture comes up with a new idea, ... One that is over a hundred years old, the pistol caliber carbine.

Needless to say, folks automatically cite the Cowboy's so-called preference to carry one caliber for their revolver and carbine.

Well, ... It's a poor idea for most preppers.

Why?

First, shooting a pistol cartridge in a carbine doesn't give it magical ability. It's still a pistol cartridge.

Second, the bullet won't penetrate soft body armour.

Third, the carbine magazine is illegal, if your pistol magazine is illegal.
