Volume Five: Number Two

Neige à Bruges
Georges-Émile Lebacq.
(1919)

As you have probably heard, several members of the House of representatives have submitted a bill to effectively ban semiautomatic firearms.

Currently the text of the bill is unavailable, so you have to believe me.

But, ...

The title of S.66 will probably give you an idea. The title is "A bill to regulate assault weapons, to ensure that the right to keep and bear arms is not unlimited, and for other purposes.

But, ...

That's not what I want to talk about. I want to talk about, ...

Compromise
First, from what I hear, the bill proposes deep restrictions on semiautomatic firearms. In one article, I see the possibility of all semiautomatic firearms being restricted because a firearm can't have the ability to accept a magazine or a pistol grip.

But, ... Like I said, that's not what I want to talk about.

I want to talk about our elected representatives, mainly Republicans and some Democrats.

Some of these people will want to compromise. They may say, 'If the Democrats remove the semi-auto restrictions, we should accept the so-called Universal Background Check.'

Just to make sure you understand, the 'Universal Background Check' will be a form of registration because every legal firearm transfer will have to go through a Federal Firearms Licenses holder. A transfer that is written down in a bound book, according to the law. The same law that allows ATFE agents to inspect the FFL's bound book.

Needless to say, it's just a tweak to the law or the creation of a regulation before all the information from those books are collected and entered into a national database.

Some Republicans and certain Democrats may want to compromise on magazines. They may propose a compromise to 15 round or 20 round magazines, to remove all of the firearms from the bill.

But, .. What's to keep a regulation from being implemented to lower the magazine capacity to 5 rounds or no rounds?

I'm going to stop, because the bill still isn't published and you know where I'm going.

So, ... Back to my point.

You and your family are going to have to step up you game. You are going to have to write those e-mails, one a week. You are going to have to contact the Republican National Committee  and let them know 'compromise is a non-starter.'

You're going to have to hold your elected representative accountable. If they compromise, they have to go.

You might even run for office to insure your family's liberty.

Things You Might Want to Think About:

500 Days
If I did my math right, these United States consumes 20,000,000 barrels of oil a day.

$150,000
I suggests she start the cutoff at $25,000 less than an elected U.S. Representative makes a year.

Activist
They call her a Activist. I call her a Terrorist.

Bots
I haven't been keeping up with this issue, but it seems ...

Bubbles
How would you and your family be affected by a massive student loan default?

Census
Let me get this straight, ...

The federal government gives money to states for illegal aliens

And, ...

Illegal immigrants help determine how many Federal Representatives a states gets.

Children
Aad to say, .. These United States government endorses child molestation.

Eye Witness
Wow, ... Four people identified a white guy in a red pick-up.

And, ...

It was really two black guys.

Food
Just in case you didn't know it, ...

You can get on your phone, go to a website, order your food, and pick it up at the grocery store.

Except, ...

After a cyber event, EMP attack, or ... There is no physical grocery store.

Great Britain
First, they came for our guns.

Then, they came for our knives.

Now, they have come for our cheese toasties

Note:
My apologizes to Lutheran Pastor Martin Niemöller

Islam
The young lady has made it to Canada. Where she will have to deal with a lot of Muslim immigrants

Jobs
My condolences to the family and friends.

Land
As you have probably heard, ... They aren't making anymore.

Never Again
I am sadden, ... He didn't die with one of his former prisoners' hands around his throat.

Obstacles
Without observation, any obstacle is ineffective.

So, ...

Beside building a wall on our southern border, we need to staff it with people to prevent it from being damaged.

Question?
Who got the credit for removing the panel, Republicans or Democrats?

Either way, ...

It's a historically inaccurate plaque, the Civil War was a rebellion.

And, ...

The Children of the Confederacy had a really nice memorial, until they got all wacko about the whole rebellion and underlying cause thingy, in parathesises even.

Racist
The only problem, ...

So-called Race is a fictional classification, made up by people that want to oppress you and your family, like the Democrats did for over 150 years.

Republicans
All I have to say, ...

Talk is cheap. I want to see your actions.

In other words, ...

Are you a R.I.N.O. or a Republican?

Rookies
My condolences to the officer's family and friends.

With that said, ...

We, you and your family, are facing great dangers. Make sure your folks are well trained.

Shutdown
One of the great things about this federal government shutdown. It gives us an opportunity to ask, ...

Why is the federal government providing security services for corporations that are making money, hand over fist?

Space
Bloomberg is correct, 'China isn't winning the space race.'

But, ...

They are participating and building capabilities that will allow them to expand, improve, and surpass these United States.

Oooh, ...

As we have seen with Elon Musk, Google, Facebook, and others, the private sector is willing to help China in their causes.

Taxes
John James Marshall, the fourth Chief Justice of these United States, said "The power to tax is the power to destroy." whatever the cause.

Tucker Carlson
I believe, he is asking the wrong questions.

He should be asking, Do we live in a Republic or an Oligarchy? Does the government preserve our freedoms or enslave us?

And, ...

What can we do to change it?

Tunnels
There will be more.

Wild Boars
We have a problem with wild pigs, around here. A sow can have a litter of eight to ten piglets, two times a year.

So, ...

Culling them is a great idea.

'Whites', 'Browns,' and ...
I wonder how many Latinos, Asians, and Whites face this problem, too.

White Guys
Yeap, ... White men are weirdos, too.

Vandals
Sad to say, ...

This isn't about the shutdown, as the media wants to report.

It's about a bunch of self-centered individuals vandalizing our national parks.

Venn Diagram
I think this idea is a big mistake for the company because the logo looks like a Venn diagram.

So, ...

One circle is high interest rates, the other circle is high fees, and the middle is people getting poorer.

Overheard:

"They see it as a something like a slave revolt."

"In other news, AOC was fined by New York State for failing to pay worker's comp for her campaign staff."

"More likely, nothing will replace it."

"he was "inherently gloomy about the prospect of Africa" as "all our social policies are based on the fact that their intelligence is the same as ours - where all the testing says not really"."

"The last thing addicts what to hear is the truth:"

"Those who don’t believe in walls also apparently don’t believe in boundaries of any kind, including the line between right and wrong, legal and illegal. Without boundaries, there are no rules, especially the rule of law, in the land where, lately, anything goes and nothing matters. Clown though he be in so many ways, it ends up being Mr. Trump’s duty to assert that boundaries matter."

"As an organizing philosophy, it offers nothing, because it promises to do nothing."

"Uncountable crimes were perpetrated and justified in the name of that single word."

That's Just the Way it Was: Datil, New Mexico (ca 1940)

This was an old ranch house in the mountains. About thirty years ago the rancher who owned it had it dismantled and moved it piece by piece and rebuilt it at its present location. He is now dead and the house is used as a hotel principally for summer visitors
