Grapes
Our family farm has terrible soil for row crops, such as corn, soybean, and wheat. Plus, most of it's on a hill, with shallow soil, so growing trees won't work either.
However, ...
It's a great place for growing grapes and other fruits

Wine
I didn't know this.
