Wednesday: 1 February, 2017, Part Two

Depending on your occupation, each family member will need a different number of calories.

With that said, I store at least 2,000 calories, per family member. That means, basics-wise, one pound of white rice and a half pound of  dried beans with one multi-vitamin, each day.
